By downloading, installing, or using any MelifeAI application (Fitnessly, MyReglify, Vocably, Babyly), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Description of Services

MelifeAI provides mobile applications for:

• Fitnessly: Fitness tracking and workout programs
• MyReglify: Menstrual cycle tracking
• Vocably: English vocabulary learning for YÖKDİL/YDS exams
• Babyly: Baby care and development tracking

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the apps for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the services

6. Health Disclaimer

Our apps (Fitnessly, MyReglify, Babyly) provide health and wellness tracking features for informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by MelifeAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelifeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
